What are your hours?
9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We're closed on Mondays.
How long does a groom take?
Basic Grooming takes about 60 minutes and Full Grooming about 90 minutes per visit. Heavily matted coats can take longer.
What's the difference between Basic and Full?
Basic Grooming is a wash, blow-dry, brush, nail clipping, and eye and ear cleaning, with no haircut. Full Grooming adds a haircut or breed styling plus trimming of the face, paws, tail and hygiene areas.
What if my pet's coat is matted?
Dematting is an add-on charged by time (AED 50 per hour). The groomer checks the coat first and tells you before starting.
How do I pay?
Pay on the day by cash or card after the groom. There's nothing to pay online.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
You'll get a booking reference right away. Our team then confirms your slot and assigns the van, usually the same day, and messages you on WhatsApp.
